The airport itself has operated the shop up to now, with Inflight Service as its chief supplier of goods.
The shop will undergo complete redesign and refurbishing in conjunction with the change of management.
- In view of our long-standing cooperation with SSA that dates back to 1995, we are of course very pleased to have been entrusted with the full responsibility for the shop operation, comments Peter Candell, Director Business Development at Inflight Service. We look forward to taking an active part in increasing the passenger service level by providing an enhanced product offer and an improved overall shopping environment. The planning for the creation of a new and better shop is already in progress, concludes Peter Candell.
- We are very pleased to have finalised this process, says Joakim Lindholm, Stockholm Skavsta Deputy CEO. Not only the management, but also the shop staff, which will be adopted by Inflight Service, see great potential in the new arrangement. It’s however the airport’s passengers that will be the biggest winners, profiting from a new bigger and much more attractive shop.
